Refund and Returns Policy
Goods must not be returned without prior approval of DE Safety Solutions Inc. Returns are on a case by case basis. Some items may not be eligible to be returned. Items marked as “Clearance” or “This item is non-cancelable and non-returnable” are non-returnable.
If the reason for the return is DE Safety Solutions Inc. fault or that of the manufacturer, we will rectify cheerfully and promptly correct the problem without customer expense. If the reason for the return lies with the customer, DE Safety Solutions will do everything possible to minimize the customer’s expense or loss. However, DE Safety Solutions reserves the right to make reasonable charges for handling and restocking. Returned goods must be in first-class saleable condition, solid case lots only. Clearance items are final and non-returnable.
Please contact our Customer Service department at 866-337-3897 to verify if goods can be returned. Once goods are approved to be returned you will be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#). Please note all returns must have a RGA#, otherwise, the return may be rejected. All returns are subject to inspection. Write the RGA# issued by the returns department clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. All return requests must be received within 30 days of product shipment.
