The 3M 5000 Series Half Facepiece Respirators are NIOSH approved and designed to help provide respiratory protection against certain airborne contaminants. This facepiece is made from a soft, lightweight and durable thermoplastic elastomer material and does not contain any components made from natural rubber latex. The 3M 5000 series half facepiece respirator comes preassembled making it easy and convenient to use. The 3M5101 is ideal for intermittent use such as plant shutdowns and turnarounds and dirty applications where respirators wear out or become difficult to clean in a short time. You can also be used in a variety of workplace applications including petrochemical, chemical manufacturing, construction, transportation and electronics.
